The Irish Film Classification Office certifies each film according to the following system, and The Arc Cinema is obliged by law to only admit customers who meet the age criteria set by the classification of each film.

SPECIAL SCREENINGS:
We are working on a range of special screenings including live events, movie club screenings and screenings for customers with special needs.

FOOD & DRINKS:
Only food and drink items purchased in The Arc Cinema may be consumed on the premises. Customers may not bring food and drinks purchased elsewhere into the auditoriums.

STUDENTS:
Students will be admitted at the reduced student rate only on the production of a valid student card with photo ID.
MOBILE PHONES:
Please switch off your mobile phone in the auditoriums in order to ensure the enjoyment of everyone watching the film.

Customers with special needs that require extra assistance – just let us know and we’ll be happy to help you.
HEARING AID USERS:
Our auditoriums feature a Loop system for users of suitable hearing aids.
3D GLASSES:
3D shows require 3D glasses in order to view them correctly. We sell suitable 3D glasses, and these are yours to keep and use again for future 3D films.
ALCOHOL:
Alcohol may not be consumed on the premises.
